  An attestation has three fields:

  claimed    what was asserted
  observed   what I actually saw
  attested   what that supports, and what it does not

  The third is the one that matters. Every entry ends by naming the
  limit of its own testimony; one that cannot fill it honestly is not
  ready, and none are ready yet.
